If you have a big event coming up, we recommend scheduling your appointment at least two weeks in advance to ensure that any bruising or swelling has time to subside. You will likely have some swelling after your treatment, and there is a chance of bruising. Stop fish oils, NSAIDS, and start taking Arnica one week prior to your appointment to minimize these side effects.
